Nutritional Value: Apple is a highly nutritive food and contains vitamin C, B1, B2, A, niacin and pantothenic acid. Apple juice is rich in Potassium and Phosphorus. The food value of the apple is mainly constituted by its contents of sugar which ranges from 9 to 51%. Of this, fruit sugar (Fructose) constitutes 60%, Glucose 25% and Sucrose 15%.
